Arrival Departure
You will receive the apartment key on arrival in der Zeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 15:30 – 18:00 Uhr persönlich im Ladengeschäft „Juwelier und Feinuhrmacher Peter Jürgensen“ (Google Maps).
You are welcome to park in our customer car park while collecting the keys and for unloading (Google Maps).
Please inform us in good time if it is not possible to arrive in the above time frame.
The departure must take place by 10:30 a.m. In exceptional cases, we can arrange an individual departure time.
Accessibility & accessibility
Our Flensburg holiday apartments are on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and can be reached via stairs. There is no elevator.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in either the holiday apartments or the holiday home.
Children
Children are welcome in the Flensburg holiday apartment Schmuckstück and in the holiday home Förde-Anker . All other apartments are not suitable for children.

Parking
Den Gästen unserer Flensburger Ferienwohnungen steht gegen eine Gebühr von 10,- Euro pro Tag ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Hier bitten wir um Reservierung bei Ihrer Buchung.

Parties and bachelorette parties
Out of consideration for our other guests and for the high-quality furnishings of our apartments and our holiday home, we point out that parties and bachelorette parties are expressly prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our Flensburg holiday apartments and in the Förde-Anker holiday home in Glücksburg. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. This also applies to smoking at the open window.
You can of course smoke on the balconies and in the courtyard - but we also ask you to be considerate of the other guests in and on the surrounding holiday apartments and balconies.
Washing
In our Flensburg holiday apartments, there is a laundry room with a washing machine that can be used free of charge. There is a washing machine in the bathroom of the Schmuckstück and Kuschelnest apartments.
Holiday home Förde-Anker has a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
